I just finished reading Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout. There were so many hot, steamy moments in this book. But I was finally able to pick one.
He settled over me, not touching, not quite. The electricity between us snapped and pulled. A wild feeling pulsed through me. I lifted my hands, sinking them into his hair, pulling him closer. I swept my lips over his, and his body trembled. His fiery eyes drifted shut as my thumb moved on his bottom lip. My hands were on the move, slipping over the thick cords in his neck and back, around his chest and down. Lower, over the hard planes of his stomach. He sucked in a sharp breath. The edges of his body started to glow, casting the room in a soft light." SWOON #YABound
Hope you liked my slightly long Swoon!

My teaser is from Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I just got Opal today and I dropped everything so I could get some reading done.
Opal (Lux, #3)"The window overlooking the front yard blew apart as something large and white crashed through it, sending chunks of glass and snow shooting onto the floor  My startled scream was cut off as Daemon rolled, springing  to to his feet as he slipped into his true Luxen form, becoming a human shape of light that shone so brightly I could only stare at him for a few precious seconds. Holy crap, Daemon's voice said, filtering through my own thoughts."
Jennifer L. Armentrout, Opal (Lux #3), pg 10.
That's my teaser for the week, hope you enjoyed. If you have a teaser let me know so I can check it out!

Most Anticipated (14)

Deadly Little Lessons (Touch, #5)

This week my Most Anticipated Release of the Week is: Deadly Little Lessons. Technically, I am not caught up on this series. I really want to get caught up on it so I can see how it concludes. I read the first two books but got caught up in others series. Now I can pick up the last three books and finish the series without having to wait months or years for the next book to come out. I remember liking this series but I will probably need a re-read of books one and two before starting the last three.
Summary:
Camelia Hammond's trying junior year of high school is finally over...but her troubles aren't. After she discovers a painful truth about her family, she escapes to a summer arts program in Rhode Island. Determined to put family - and boyfriend - drama behind her, she throws herself into her artwork.

At the arts school, she gets caught up in the case of Sasha Beckerman, a local girl who is missing. Even though all signs suggest that the teen ran away, Camelia senses otherwise. Eager to help the girl, she launches her own investigation. She finds a blog by someone named Neal Moche, a psychometric who might have clues to Sasha's whereabouts. There is something familiar about Neal, and Camelia realizes how much she misses Ben, despite being committed to Adam.

But time is running out for Sasha, and Camelia will have to trust her powers if she's to save her. Will the lessons Camelia has learned in the past give her the strength to do so?(Goodreads)
Deadly Little Lessons (Touch #5), Laurie Faria Stolarz, Expected Publication: December 18, 2012, Hyperion Book CH:Hardcover, 336 pgs.
That's what I am looking forward to this week. Any books you seriously want to get this week?

This week my Swoon is from Foretold the last book in the Demon Trappers series. I just finished this book and I loved it, though I'm sad it's over I really loved it.
"He seemed to know where to touch her, as if they'd been lovers before. Kiss by kiss, caress by caress he stoked the rampant fire within her. She had never felt so alive, so true to herself as in this moment." SWOON #YABound
That's what made me Swoon this week. What made you Swoon?

Most Anticipated (13)

This week my Most Anticipated Releases of the Week are Foretold by Jana Oliver and Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I know I usually only highlight my MOST Anticipated Release of the Week, but really I couldn't choose which book I wanted more.
Foretold (The Demon Trappers, #4)
I have really enjoyed reading about Riley and the different types of demons that inhabit her world. She's such a strong character yet she's still young and learning how to survive in her world. Her up and down relationship with Beck always has me wondering what is going to happen next. I can't believe that this is the last book in the series. I really want to read this to see what happens but then I don't because the series will be over:( I already know I'll read it as soon as I get my hands on it!

Summary:
In the fourth Demon Trappers novel, Riley faces the final battle for humanity and Beck's heart—and Hell is the least of her problems.

Now that Riley’s managed to (just barely) fend off Armageddon, everything’s changed. Well . . . most things. After their passionate kiss before the big battle in the cemetery, Beck is back to treating her like a little girl, as if nothing ever happened. While she’d love to just tell him off and move on, Riley vowed to take care of Beck the way he’s taken care of her since her father’s death—but she’s about to get a whole lot more than she bargained for. When she’s commissioned to go with Beck to his hometown and help him care for his dying mother, they stumble too close to a dark and murderous secret, one that Beck fears will drive Riley away from him forever. As chaos breaks loose, Riley may be Beck's only hope for redemption . . . and survival.

Meanwhile, up in Atlanta, it’s quickly becoming clear that Heaven may have won a battle, but the war is far from over. Riley and Beck face a stormy future, as Lucifer's ex-right-hand-man, Sartael, proves himself to be more resilient than anyone thought. He has Atlanta in his grip and is about to begin a brutal war with the prince of Hell. As the seconds tick down toward a final confrontation, it's up to Riley and the man she loves to finally defeat their old enemy, or lose everything they've fought for.(Goodreads)

Foretold (Demon Trappers's #4) Jana Oliver, Expected Publication: December 11, 2012: St. Martin's Griffin, Paperback(US) 352 pgs
Opal (Lux, #3)
I have been dying to read Opal. Daemon Black anyone? Plus the ending of Onyx has had me wondering what the heck is going to happen next. I love this series. It's intense, funny, action packed and full of hotness. I don't know what more I could ask for. My only complaint is that I'm going to have to wait a really long time for book 4 to come out.

Summary:

No one is like Daemon Black.

When he set out to prove his feelings for me, he wasn’t fooling around. Doubting him isn’t something I’ll do again, and now that we’ve made it through the rough patches, well... There’s a lot of spontaneous combustion going on.

But even he can’t protect his family from the danger of trying to free those they love.

After everything, I’m no longer the same Katy. I’m different... And I’m not sure what that will mean in the end. When each step we take in discovering the truth puts us in the path of the secret organization responsible for torturing and testing hybrids, the more I realize there is no end to what I’m capable of. The death of someone close still lingers, help comes from the most unlikely source, and friends will become the deadliest of enemies, but we won’t turn back. Even if the outcome will shatter our worlds forever.

Together we’re stronger... and they know it.(Goodreads)

Opal (Lux#3) Jennifer L. Armentrout, Expected Publication: December 11, 2012: Entangled Publishing, Paperback, 452 pgs
Those are my Most Anticipated Releases of the Week. Any books you are dying to get your hands on?

This week my SWOON comes from an adult novel Pale Demon, by Kim Harrison. I've already used this Swoon before but my recent books haven't been very steamy, intense yes swoony, no. Since I really liked this scene I thought I would re-post it. Hope you enjoy!

"His tongue touched mine, and this time, I pushed forward, pulling him closer. My leg went around his, and I demanded more, running my hands through his hair, enjoying its silky softness, enjoying the feel of his hands on my body, tingles arcing through me." SWOON #YABound
Yep I still enjoyed reading that scene!! If you have a swoon leave a link so I can get more steamy Swoons:)

I finally started Goddess Interrupted book 2 in the Goddess Test trilogy. So far it's really good, I don' want to put it down not even to write this post. But I did. Hope you enjoy!

Goddess Interrupted (Goddess Test, #2)"The fog thickened as it slowed, and seemed to join together. Squinting in the sunlight, I thought I could see the outline of a face, but the heat radiating off the sand distorted my vision too much for me to be sure."

Aimee Carter, Goddess Interrupted (Goddess Test #2) pg 112
