Most Anticipated (13)

This week my Most Anticipated Releases of the Week are Foretold by Jana Oliver and Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I know I usually only highlight my MOST Anticipated Release of the Week, but really I couldn't choose which book I wanted more.
Foretold (The Demon Trappers, #4)
I have really enjoyed reading about Riley and the different types of demons that inhabit her world. She's such a strong character yet she's still young and learning how to survive in her world. Her up and down relationship with Beck always has me wondering what is going to happen next. I can't believe that this is the last book in the series. I really want to read this to see what happens but then I don't because the series will be over:( I already know I'll read it as soon as I get my hands on it!

Summary:
In the fourth Demon Trappers novel, Riley faces the final battle for humanity and Beck's heart—and Hell is the least of her problems.

Now that Riley’s managed to (just barely) fend off Armageddon, everything’s changed. Well . . . most things. After their passionate kiss before the big battle in the cemetery, Beck is back to treating her like a little girl, as if nothing ever happened. While she’d love to just tell him off and move on, Riley vowed to take care of Beck the way he’s taken care of her since her father’s death—but she’s about to get a whole lot more than she bargained for. When she’s commissioned to go with Beck to his hometown and help him care for his dying mother, they stumble too close to a dark and murderous secret, one that Beck fears will drive Riley away from him forever. As chaos breaks loose, Riley may be Beck's only hope for redemption . . . and survival.

Meanwhile, up in Atlanta, it’s quickly becoming clear that Heaven may have won a battle, but the war is far from over. Riley and Beck face a stormy future, as Lucifer's ex-right-hand-man, Sartael, proves himself to be more resilient than anyone thought. He has Atlanta in his grip and is about to begin a brutal war with the prince of Hell. As the seconds tick down toward a final confrontation, it's up to Riley and the man she loves to finally defeat their old enemy, or lose everything they've fought for.(Goodreads)

Foretold (Demon Trappers's #4) Jana Oliver, Expected Publication: December 11, 2012: St. Martin's Griffin, Paperback(US) 352 pgs
Opal (Lux, #3)
I have been dying to read Opal. Daemon Black anyone? Plus the ending of Onyx has had me wondering what the heck is going to happen next. I love this series. It's intense, funny, action packed and full of hotness. I don't know what more I could ask for. My only complaint is that I'm going to have to wait a really long time for book 4 to come out.

Summary:

No one is like Daemon Black.

When he set out to prove his feelings for me, he wasn’t fooling around. Doubting him isn’t something I’ll do again, and now that we’ve made it through the rough patches, well... There’s a lot of spontaneous combustion going on.

But even he can’t protect his family from the danger of trying to free those they love.

After everything, I’m no longer the same Katy. I’m different... And I’m not sure what that will mean in the end. When each step we take in discovering the truth puts us in the path of the secret organization responsible for torturing and testing hybrids, the more I realize there is no end to what I’m capable of. The death of someone close still lingers, help comes from the most unlikely source, and friends will become the deadliest of enemies, but we won’t turn back. Even if the outcome will shatter our worlds forever.

Together we’re stronger... and they know it.(Goodreads)
