Teaser Tuesday (51)

Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme hosted by MizB at Should be Reading. Anyone can join in. Here's what you need to do.
Grab your current read.
Open to a random page.
Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page.
Be careful not to include spoilers! (make sure that what you share doesn't give too much away. You don’t want to ruin the book for others.)
Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
I'm continuing my trend of reading Contemporary NA. My latest read is My Favorite Mistake. I really liked this one, it was sarcastic and intense just how I like my books:)

My Favorite Mistake"Those blue eyes seared into me. He was the kind of guy who could see things that other people couldn’t— things that I’d spent my entire life covering up and hiding from the masses. I’d only met a few people who could see past my carefully cultivated facade. I’d dropped most of them like a bad habit, with the exception of one."                              My Favorite Mistake (My Favorite Mistake #1), Chelsea M. Cameron Kindle Edition 4%.
That's my teaser. What  are you teasing this week?

  1. Someone is very scared to show her true self... too bad. Well, then it's a good thing he can see through all of the shit. Great teaser, thanks for sharing! =)
